A slipcovered sectional sofa and armchair face the mounted HDTV and create an elegant yet completely relaxed space to kick back with a great movie in the evening. Nearby, the formal, farmhouse-style dining table has seating for eight and is illuminated by a unique, artistic chandelier. Outside through the glass doors is a covered balcony with a bird’s eye view of the neighborhood. A spiral staircase leads up to the sun-drenched, top-floor lookout with gorgeous ocean views.
In the kitchen, bright white cabinets and countertops create a clean and efficient space to brew the coffee or flip some fresh banana pancakes in the morning.
