ABOUT FLY ME TO THE DUNE
Fly Me to the Dune is a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath home with about 2,804 square feet in the Dune Allen Beach area of Santa Rosa Beach on 30A, with sleeping for 10. The West Allen Loop Beach Access is at the end of Allen Loop, about a 2-minute walk away.

The open-concept living area has plenty of seating and large windows, and the kitchen has stainless appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, a refrigerator with an ice maker, a separate ice maker for filling coolers, and both traditional and single-serve coffee makers. The home also has hardwood floors, a washer and dryer, and 4 YOLO bikes for guest use.

The private backyard is set up for outdoor living, with a private hot tub, an outdoor kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, gas grill and charcoal smoker, a wood-burning fireplace, an outdoor TV, ceiling fans, outdoor seating and an outdoor shower.

The Primary Bedroom is on the first floor and has a king bed and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 has a king bed, Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, and each has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 has two queen beds and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A half bath is also available for guests.

HELPFUL NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION
The West Allen Loop Beach Access is a public beach access at the end of Allen Loop, about a 2-minute walk from the home. Dune Allen is on the west end of 30A, close to the Timpoochee Trail for biking and walking, the rare coastal dune lakes for paddleboarding and kayaking, and the shops, galleries and restaurants along 30A.

- Parking is limited to 3 vehicles: 1 in the garage and 2 in the driveway.
- 4 YOLO bikes are included.
- A golf cart is not included.
