IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please ensure you understand and agree to our house rules before booking the property.
1) This property has a strict maximum occupancy of 12 guests including kids 2 years and older.
2) Booking age 25+.
3) Guests who wish to operate the LSV (Low-Speed Vehicle) during their stay must provide a valid ID and proof of auto insurance. These documents must be sent to the owner no later than 72 hours before check-in. Please note that our LSV is a street-legal vehicle, not just a golf cart. Therefore, it must be operated by a driver with a valid driver’s license, just like a regular car. If pulled over without a valid license, it carries the same legal consequences as driving a standard vehicle without one. To prevent any disruptions to your reservation, please ensure timely submission of the required documents.
4) No events, parties or large gatherings. Evidence of party or event will result in additional charges.
5) Under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian on-premises. We require one parent for every two persons under the age of 25. A PARENT MUST BE STYING IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES.
6) Do not engage in illegal activities, smoking is prohibited inside.
7) Please respect the property and the neighbors, leave the property neat, discard all debris/garbage, and place it in the designated area.
8) Renters are liable for any damage to the property or items missing, and agree to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
9) Return the provided community clubhouse white wristbands to the round small basket located in the kitchen to avoid a $25 charge per wristband.
10) Parking is limited to 3 cars (Driveway Parking ONLY). No street parking is allowed, and a tire tag policy is currently enforced by the community.
11) Guests bringing extra cars will be responsible for finding their own parking space outside the neighborhood.
12) Boats, RV's and trailers are not permitted in the driveways.
13) We provide an initial set of essentials for your convenience, including TRASH BAGS, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, and body wash. While we’re happy to offer these essentials to get you started, we DO NOT provide additional refills beyond the initial set. If you need more during your stay, we kindly recommend purchasing any extras you may require.
14) Exterior Security Camera: Located at the front door for safety (does not monitor interior spaces)
