Make yourself at home in this well-appointed house, with comfort and convenience for families in mind. Located in a centralized location on 30A you will be close to Seaside, but at just the right distance to avoid high-traffic and hustle while you are relaxing at the house or at the resort-style pool.

I want this to be your best rental experience, so I am personally available during your stay, but the level of interaction is up to you. I am only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival. Our 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom home has everything you need to feel right at home. Upon entering you’ll be able to admire the cleanliness and spacious open floor plan. You will be literally 10 steps away from the resort-style pool, when you open the back door. The pool area also has an amazing firepit, hot tub, and grill area with a TV. (And even though you are only steps away from the pool, the interior of the house remains quiet.) The fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining and living area allowing for fun family entertainment and plenty of space to relax. This property comfortably accommodates up to 8 people and truly has everything you need for an enjoyable and memorable stay.

All bedrooms are on the second floor, each with their own flat-screen smart TV with streaming channels. The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. From the master, you’ll have access to a private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the second guest room has a bunk with full over twin and twin trundle. The guest rooms share a hall bathroom with a tub and shower combo.

And though we know you could easily spend your days soaking up the Florida rays, Blue Mountain Beach has plenty more to offer. The outdoor activities and water sports are a dream for the vacationing athlete. Rent a bike and ride along the Timpoocthee Trail to explore the authentic beach neighborhoods of Highway 30A. Fantastic cuisine, live entertainment, and retail therapy are only minutes away! Be sure to cool down at everyone’s favorite local ice cream shop, Blue Mountain Creamery, or our personal favorite -- Pecan Jack's!

We are excited to host you here at The Faulking Beach House! We are a family who truly values your experience, and we are here to help you create the memories of a lifetime. Washer and dryer access is available for our guests and is located on the second floor of the house. There is room for two cars to park in the driveway with the golf cart. Our housekeeping staff ensures clean and disinfected spaces and surfaces before check-in. Towels, linens, etc. are stripped from property and replaced with freshly laundered linens at every checkout. We have one Nest doorbell with a camera at the front door for security only.

We provide starters of the essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and sample size toiletries—enough for a couple days. There is Wal-Mart and Publix that both offer grocery delivery and pick-up.
