Beachwood Villas 9F, also known as Seeing Starfish, is a second-floor rental condo in Seagrove Beach on Scenic 30A, and possibly your new favorite getaway spot! This cozy unit is sunlit and warm, adorned with neutral furnishings, pops of color, and coastal accents. The condo has one bedroom and one bath. With additional sleeping accommodations, it can entertain up to six guests, perfect for everything from a romantic trip with your honey to a fun family vacation.

Beachwood Villas 9F has a bright and sunny open living area, with a set of sliding glass doors on one end filtering in plenty of natural light. Wood floors flow throughout the space, contrasting beautifully with white walls and the beach cottage-esque furnishings. A blue couch in the living room faces a wall-mounted TV for daily entertainment, and it also doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa. The couch is paired with two vintage-modern armchairs. The seating arrangement centers around a striped rug and white drink table. The adjacent sliding glass doors open onto a lovely balcony that overlooks a serene setting of palms and live oaks. The balcony includes a wicker couch and a raised table, making it the perfect place to bask in the tropical weather. Back inside, the dining area is located next to the living room. It features a round table and four white chairs. Four additional raised chairs are seated beside the open kitchen bar for casual dining and hanging out. The modern kitchen is large and boasts granite countertops, white cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed with a shuttered headboard, a flatscreen TV, and a sunny window. The room utilizes a full hall bath with a tub-shower combination. A cute bunk nook off the living room provides two extra sleeping spots.

As Beachwood Villas guests, you will enjoy access to great community amenities that will elevate your vacation experience. These include two seasonally heated swimming pools, charcoal grills, a picnic deck, two tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and a kid's playground. The sparkling beach is only a one to two-minute stroll from the property!

By staying in the centralized location of Seagrove Beach, you are close to a variety of conveniences along Scenic 30A. Popular nearby restaurants include Café Thirty-A, Mi Casita, and the Perfect Pig Grill and Fish House. The surrounding beach towns offer plenty to do and see while you're on vacation, from boutiques and bars to art galleries and seasonal events.

Discounted rates have been applied to reflect renovations taking place within the complex from January through April & then again September through December. All amenities will remain accessible; however, the pool will not be heated during this time.

*Based on the daily temperature and at HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Thanksgiving week and March to mid-April.
