There's nowhere I would rather be than in the Walton Dunes! If you are looking for a beachfront townhouse with amazing views and a private beach, look no further than this center unit at Walton Dunes. Beachfront Blessing is located on a quiet, dead-end street next to Deer Lake State Park. This complex of 17 townhouses completed an exterior upgrade in 2021 with new paint and railings. This home was totally renovated by noted designer Ashley Gilbreath. New flooring and a master bathroom upgrade were done in 2023. Beachfront convenience awaits!

- 10 mins to Seaside. Shopping, dining, and rows of food trucks. Perfect break from the beach!

FIRST FLOOR
- Walk in from the carport and head upstairs to the main living area!
SECOND FLOOR
- This open concept coastal oasis will be the center of all your family nights in. The living room has plenty of seating for everyone to gather and enjoy each other's company. Watch your favorite shows on the large Smart TV.
- Right off the living room, step out onto the balcony overlooking the beach with unobstructed views!
- The fully stocked kitchen is prepared for any meal your heart could desire to whip up! With the large kitchen island, you can seat 4 and still have more than enough prep room.
- Behind the kitchen is the dining nook that seats 4.
- The half bath is also located on this floor.
THIRD FLOOR
- Up the stairs on the third and final floor are where both bedrooms reside.
- The Primary King bedroom features a private balcony and an ensuite with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
- Across the hall is the Queen bedroom with a Twin over Twin bunk with an ensuite that features a shower/tub combo. This is the ultimate kid getaway!
- In between the two bedrooms is where you will find the stacked washer and dryer.

- We provide a starter kit of everything you'll need to kick off your stay: paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry pods, and more.

- The home has a standard drip coffee maker! Bonus: coffee's on us!
- Premium full-size bath products in every bathroom/kitchen – We provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand soap.
- Full-sized stacked washer and dryer.
✏️Other Things to Note~
- There is covered parking available for 2 vehicles.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities that offer long-term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
