Welcome to Seahorse Landing - 30 steps away from your home to the sand! This 5 bed, 3 bath luxury features private beach access, a private pool, and ocean views. Wake up (and fall asleep!) to the waves, catch morning coffee in the rooftop crow's nest, and take a dip in the pool -- all without leaving your home. Bonus: The home is situated directly in front of the private beach access boardwalk - exclusive to just 9 homes in the Seashore community. Beach access is a dream!

🌟Highlights
- Panoramic Views: Sunrise and sunset views from the 3rd floor crow's nest. It just doesn't get any better! Unobstructed ocean views - perfect place to start your day.
- Private pool: Adirondack chairs, charcoal grill, and sunshine await.
- Private beach: Door to sand is just 60 ft away, or 30 steps. We provide the beach gear too! High-wind resistant beach umbrellas, backpack beach chairs, and towels are complimentary. Just 9 homes share the private beach - approx. 5 lots across.
- Balcony space: The home offers a large wrap around balcony on the 2nd level accessed by the Primary Suite and the Bunk room.
- Open living / dining concept: Living room offers pure coziness, and the kitchen is made for a chef! Everything you'll need to cook as if you were at home is included with your stay. Once dinner is ready, grab a seat in the dining area, accommodations for 6, plus 5 additional seats at the kitchen island.
- Neighborhood. 10 min to Greenway station - great spot for shopping and dining, or you are right across the street from famous 30A favorite, The Perfect Pig. You're also 10 min to Seaside or 10 min to Rosemary. If acai bowls are your thing, 'La Playa' is a must! Then, stick around for dinner and have date night at Gallions on Rosemary Beach.

1. Primary bedroom (2nd Floor) Large, oversized space with a King bed and stunning ocean views from the wraparound balcony! This is a real treat - you can see the ocean from your bed. Lovely to wake up to! Outside you'll find lounge chairs and Adirondacks to catch the morning sunshine or take in the evening sunset. To complete the room, there is an En Suite Bathroom with a custom walk-in shower.
2. King bedroom (1st Floor) This one is special. Features a King bed with a built in bunk bed (twin over twin) tucked way. Coastal blues and plenty of natural light are the highlights here. Smart tv is also included.
3. King bedroom (2nd Floor) Explore! Smart tv, fun details, and space to spread out and unpack for the week.
4. Double bedroom (2nd Floor) Smart tv, ceiling fan, storage, and additional seating
5. Bunk room (2nd Floor) Plenty of fun prints and details here, features a twin over twin bunk bed. Smart tv included. Best part, head out to the balcony for those ocean views, all accessible right from your room.

We've got you covered on:
- Starter kit for everything you'll need: paper towels, toilet paper, linens, towels, dish soap, laundry pods, etc.
- All bathrooms come fully equipped with Public Goods body wash, shampoo, and conditioner
- Parking. Available for 4 vehicles

- Parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway right in front of the pool. Unfortunately, there is no street parking available in this community.

- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. Location is excellent. Beaches were beautiful and not crowded. Gated neighborhood was quiet and secure. The house felt smaller than it appeared online. The house was clean but feels a bit rundown. Shutter on master bedroom balcony door was broken off and left on the balcony so there was no way to block out the early morning light. One dining room chair was broken and in a closet. Pool pump was cavitating until we topped up the pool level with the hose.

Wonderful stay on 30A!

We loved the house! Clean and comfortable. We loved the location, and the proximity and private beach access was amazing! The listing included beach chairs and umbrellas, but they were no where to be found. We ended up having to pay extra for them through a service. Overall, we would love to come back.

Great Location on 30A!

My family (6 adults and 5 young children) stayed here. The location was great. Private beach on 30A was great as we had plenty of room to spread out on the beach. The house was located very close to the boardwalk. The small pool at the house was great for cooling off from the summer heat. House was well equipped with things we needed.

Perfect Beach Getaway: Spacious, Serene, and Steps from the Shore

We had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful beach house in Florida this past week, and it was an incredible experience. The location was absolutely perfect, with the beach just a short walk away. Being able to stroll to the shore at any time was such a treat. The house itself was spacious and comfortably accommodated our two families. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their time. The layout was thoughtfully designed, providing both common areas for gathering and private spaces for unwinding. The neighborhood was another highlight. It was a quiet, gated community, offering a sense of safety and tranquility. We appreciated the peace and quiet, which made our stay even more relaxing. Overall, this beach house provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable vacation. We can't wait to return!

The property is in a great location. Quiet, gated neighborhood. Not far from Seaside and close to Alys and Rosemary. The house had very nice furnishings with a coastal theme. The beach is just steps away by crossing the boardwalk that is shared with the 9 houses in the area. We enjoyed our stay!

I am not one to leave reviews but I am going to leave the review I wish I could have read before deciding to book this house. Disappointing does not begin to describe it. I've never tried more not to be in a house during a trip than I have in this one. The neighborhood is tired and doesn't give you that Seaside/Seagrove vibe and the house is tired and needs A LOT of updates. There's black active mold all over this house, in the master bathrooms ceilings, in the stairways, in the rusted vents to the point where I was concerned for my small children's health. Not to mention the house smells of mildew. How this has not been mentioned in previous reviews is mind blowing. There were food stains on furniture, rugs, dried contacts on dressers, hair balls everywhere. The kitchen table chairs were all stained with food and the couches no longer white. It was just gross. There was an overwhelming bad smell coming from the room on the 1st floor that lingered into the kitchen. The pool area was left a mess from the previous family and sand all in the pool. The pool wasn't cleaned once during our week stay. The trash doesn't get picked up until Monday, so you stare at overflowing trash from the previous family in front of the house for 2 days. The only saving grace of this house is it's location, which is amazing. Steps to the private beach that's not crowded was amazing and the only thing that got us through the week.

We really loved this house. It was seconds from the beach. Great little neighborhood. The beds were great. Lots of options in the kitchen. It was nice with the extra chairs and floating devices. The rooms are smaller than then the pictures.

This house was wonderful! Clean, bright, open with a fun little pool and so close to the beach. The kitchen is unusually well stocked which was a delight. We can not wait to stay here again!

Great Vacation House

This property made for a great week on 30a! The location is perfect, only a few steps from the private beach walkway. The listing provided all the information we needed prior to our arrival. The kitchen was well stocked. The second fridge was perfect for all our drinks for the week. The bedrooms were very nice and accommodated our party perfectly. We enjoyed the balcony and the porch by the pool for visiting. The plunge pool is a great addition and was nice to enjoy on the double red flag days at the beach. Another bonus was the provided beach chairs!! The property manager is very nice and responds quickly. This location was great and we will definitely return!

Met every expectation

This house could not have served our family any better. It was very clean and couldn’t have been any closer to the water without being on the water. The house was well maintained and well stocked. The beach was private and pristine. Communication was very crisp and timely responses were always received. We would highly recommend this home for your next vacation. My only real complaint is that it was made very clear that beach did not allow tents however multiple tents were in fact set up and when I approached one person they said they knew they weren’t allowed and were going to just risk it. Several families did and successfully had tents all week. We had a family of 11 so a tent would have been a lot easier so it was frustrating that the rule wasn’t really enforced. I would just say if there are rules then the premises should be monitored. Hands down this was one of the best beach vacations we’ve taken and the house and experience it offered was a huge part of why it was so successful.

The best thing about this property is the location. You truly can't have something better. It's right next to the boardwalk and crazy convenient with small children. The house is decorated nicely -- all around it was wonderful.

Great location!

This house is nearly as close to the beach as you can be (just a short boardwalk from the house to the sand). The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the second “drink” fridge. The host communicated very well and we didn’t have any issues during our stay. We would stay here again!
