Step inside to find a spacious, modern open-concept layout with stunning ocean views. The living area is perfect for relaxation, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV. The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub, and access to a private balcony with Gulf views. The second bedroom features a king-size bed with its own en-suite bathroom, while the third bedroom offers two double beds and a full bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for all guests.

    Enjoy even more pool time during the off-season! Sanctuary by the Sea’s main pool is now heated annually from October 15 through April 15.

    This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.

    We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

    Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

    In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

    Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.

    THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY - No smoking allowed anywhere including balconies!!  Smoking on property could result in eviction.

This is a nice unit, but for the amount of money they charge for the week, it needs a bit of maintenance. When we arrived there was a huge puddle of water in the dining room. It was determined that the wine cooler was trying to defrost and the ice was melting all over the floor. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom did not work, the dresser in one of the front rooms had a broken door, the shower curtain in the other bedroom kept falling off the wall, the light switches and doors could use a good wipe down as they were dirty and sticky. It is also frustrating that you have to provide your own toilet paper if you use more than 2 rolls for the week, 1 roll of paper towels are only provided, and a small amount of laundry and dishwasher soap. I feel the property managment The pool at the resort is not heated and they are very strict on being out of the hot tub/pool area by dusk and no drinks within 4' of the water.
