An open kitchen with smooth granite counters, shiny stainless-steel appliances, and a bar that seats four for extra dining are major perks. We’d be remiss to not mention the master bedroom- it’s as large as some studio apartments and features a fantastic bathroom where a large tub, a glass walk-in shower and double sinks will make you feel like royalty. 1105 is a very family friendly condo with extras like highchair, pack n play and kid dishes. Oh and simply being part of Sanctuary at Redfish- a green community on a natural preserve built around the rare dune lake named “Redfish”- is a wonderful thing!

For safety and security, this vacation rental home is equipped with external door camera on front door.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.
