This modern beach retreat offers over 2,700 square feet of beautifully designed living space, comfortably accommodating up to 20 guests. Step inside to an open-concept floor plan filled with natural light and clean coastal décor. The spacious kitchen features a large panty and second refrigerator and is equipped with all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare a gourmet meal The dining area offers seating for 6 and bar seating for 10, while the adjoining living area features an oversized sectional and a 65” Smart Tv,

The primary suite features a luxurious king bed and spa-inspired ensuite bath complete with soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanity. Two guest rooms — one with a King bed, the other with two Doubles — share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Upstairs, kids and teens will love their private bunk room featuring three full-over-full bunk beds, a 65” SMART TV, and its own full bath.
