We had a lovely stay. The house, location and pool are all fantastic! Our only issue was the beach access. Beach access is very close, but to get to your beach you have to wade across knee-deep brackish water for maybe 20 feet. Also, there is no beach chair service at this beach. For us, beach chair service is a must. We ended up driving to Seaside, which was only 10 minutes away. It all worked out fine, but I wish we would have known ahead of time.

Gorgeous Home
Our rental was absolutely perfect for our group’s needs! We had three families with six boys, and the home couldn’t have been better suited for us with its number of beds, bedrooms, bathrooms, and spacious common areas. The pool and hot tub were well-utilized! The home itself was very comfortable, and we truly enjoyed the space.We did run into a few minor housekeeping issues (dryer, loose toilet, range), but the property management team was very responsive and resolved them quickly.The location was generally fine, though we didn’t love its proximity to the beach. It took us about 10 minutes to get there, which was manageable, but the nearest access point leads to a private beach area. You have to walk a bit further to find public space, which felt a little disappointing given the rental price. If spending full days at the beach is your priority, it’s worth keeping this in mind.Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend this property!

A beautiful home
We absolutely loved this home. Tucked away in a quiet street with lots of privacy and amenities. Couldn’t be happier with the property itself. Large bedrooms, lots of bathrooms, and the kitchen had all we needed to cook big dinners. The bbq outside was a nice touch also. The one downside to this home is the WiFi and dead zone for cell phones. I run a business and this was a working vacation for me while my family enjoyed their break. I was pulling my hair out as you can’t even send emails with their WiFi or get cell reception. Forget about emails for a second, this could be a serious safety concern when you can’t even make a phone call.This was known by the management group as I was informed by an employee but not disclosed anywhere in the listing. Upon further investigation it was determined the Internet package is about as good as old dial up service. I would have to leave the location with my computer in order to send emails and in all honesty that is completely unacceptable considering the price tag on this listing. I even offered to upgrade the WiFi on my own dime. If the WiFi does not get upgraded to accommodate working vacations then sadly we will not stay here again. That being said we did enjoy the home and it’s a beautiful modern place to stay.
