ABOUT THE AREA: Blue Mountain is one of the 30A coastal communities that rests between Gulf Place and Grayton Beach. The Blue Mountain community is known for having a quieter family atmosphere compared to some of the other communities but still provides ample restaurants, shops and activities.
BEACH ACCESS: Gulfview Heights beach access is the closest to 30A Sunset Palazzo (approximately 1800ft from the house). It has parking, restrooms, showers, picnic tables with shelter, and lifeguards during peak season. From the house, turn right on 30A and left at Goatfeathers Seafood restaurant at Gulfview Heights street, then 1/4 mile to the gulf.

Home Truths: - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

What a beautiful place to stay! The location was perfect and the house was amazing!! 30A Beach girls were helpful with all aspects of the stay. I will definitely be back!
We were so pleased with our stay! From the pictures online it appeared that the house was a good distance from the beach, so we were a bit worried about that. But once we arrived, we realized the picture just makes it seem further than it actually is. The house was at most a 5 min ride by bike. (also there isn't a lot of traffic on that section of 30A)
The house was beautiful & fitted our 18 guests wonderfully. Our trip was during the time when rip tides were really prevalent so we utilized the pool & hot tub all hours of the day. There are two large fridges so there is plenty of room for food. the house is stunning! It was great!
The only down sides were what others had mentioned in their reviews. For instance, the public beach access is a small area with a lot of people, so it's very crowded. However, if you rent an umbrella from the guys down there, you get front row to the ocean. (I think it was $20 to rent for the day, worth it!) Also, there isn't much parking even for the golf cart so get there early. The only negative about the house was that the bathroom located at the pool didn't look like it had been cleaned in a while. (it's kind of hidden so maybe the cleaners didn't realize it was there?)
Overall we had an amazing stay and will be renting from 30A Beach girls again in the future. The were very helpful & communicative throughout the stay. (giving weather updates, suggestions of activities during rainy days, etc) 10/10 recommend!
