Welcome to “It’s All Good,” a spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom 30A beach home with a third-floor loft and room for up to 11 guests. Located in charming Old Florida Village, this Santa Rosa Beach retreat places you within approximately 500 yards of two beach accesses, steps from two community pools and only half a mile from the restaurants, shopping and entertainment at Gulf Place.

Four adult bicycles are included, making it easy to explore Scenic Highway 30A, cruise to the beach or enjoy a morning ride along the Timpoochee Trail. An optional six-passenger golf cart is also available for an additional charge.

THE HOME

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, cookware, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster and ice maker. Prepare a quick breakfast before heading to the Gulf, pack a beach-day lunch or gather around the dining area for a relaxed family dinner.

Outside, the wraparound porches provide inviting places to enjoy your morning coffee, read in the shade or unwind in the evening. The outdoor gas grill makes vacation cookouts easy, while the private backyard and porch seating offer additional room to spread out.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The home offers three traditional bedrooms plus a bonus third-floor loft:

• One king bed
• Two queen beds
• One full-over-twin bunk bed
• Two sofa beds

The third-floor loft provides a fun additional sleeping and hangout space for children or teenagers. It can also serve as a quiet workspace when someone needs to check in remotely. Maximum occupancy is 11 guests.

BEACHES, POOLS AND BIKES

Two convenient beach accesses—Gulfview Heights and Spooky Lane—are approximately 0.4 miles from the home. Walk, bike or take the optional golf cart to the sugar-white sand and emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico.

Guests also have access to two community swimming pools within Old Florida Village, including one located just steps from the house. Pool hours are from 8:00 AM until 9:00 PM.

Four adult bicycles are included with your reservation, giving your group an easy way to reach the beach, Gulf Place and the 18-mile Timpoochee Trail that runs alongside Scenic Highway 30A.

EXPLORE GULF PLACE AND 30A

Gulf Place is approximately half a mile away and offers restaurants, coffee shops, boutique shopping, seasonal events, outdoor concerts and local favorites such as Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar.

The home’s central Santa Rosa Beach location also provides convenient access to some of 30A’s most popular communities:
