The location in Son Serra de Marina is perfect for guests looking for a relaxing, restful holiday with family or friends. The village of Son Serra de Marina is still considered by many to be an insider tip away from mass tourism. A wonderful place where even the Mallorcans spend their holidays. Families, water sports enthusiasts, cyclists, horse riders, walkers, hikers and those seeking relaxation particularly appreciate the great and relaxed atmosphere of this wonderful holiday resort. Son Serra de Marina offers wide and long natural sandy beaches with views of the LLevant mountains and a landscape of dunes and pine forests that is probably unique in Mallorca. The beach slopes gently into the sea, which is ideal for children. You can walk for kilometres north from Platja de sa Canova to Colonia de Sant Pere along the beach and then enjoy a bite to eat in one of the cosy restaurants right by the sea on the beautiful promenade. In the opposite direction along the beautiful Son Real beach, you can walk westwards towards Son Bauló as far as Can Picafort. Many areas in Son Serra de Marina are designated as nature reserves and are of particular scenic value. There are great restaurants and bars on the beach with live music events, three well-stocked supermarkets and a pharmacy. One of the supermarkets is only a few metres away on foot and offers delicious fresh bread rolls for breakfast as well as homemade cakes. The supermarkets and pharmacy are open all year round, as are the fantastic beach restaurant "El Sol" and other restaurants. Son Serra de Marina has a charming atmosphere all of its own. A beautiful balcony offers you the opportunity to retreat and relax and read a book in the sun on the comfortable lounge furniture. If you prefer to sunbathe, comfortable sun loungers are available for you on the sun terrace. You can find a shady spot in the covered lounge area or in the lounge chairs and table on the side terrace facing the kitchen. A large awning can also be extended over the dining table to provide shade if required. The balcony also has a practical and stylish awning. The lovingly landscaped garden and the beautiful surrounding outdoor terrace with various seating areas invite you to linger outside until late into the night after a dinner or barbecue with friends and family.

The large dining table provides space for the whole family to enjoy a delicious meal or play board games. The villa's modern kitchen is fully equipped. Even baking utensils, a garlic press, bottle opener, juicer, blender, sandwich maker, casserole dishes, cookery books, etc. have been included. Children's crockery and cutlery as well as a high chair are of course also available. The kitchen counter invites you to enjoy a hearty breakfast as well as late-night kitchen chats with friends over a glass or two of Spanish wine. From the kitchen, you can also access the beautiful terrace with another breakfast table. Adjacent to the kitchen is a well-equipped utility room (hoover, mop etc. all available), where you can wash your holiday outfits free of charge, dry them in the tumble dryer or iron them. Also on the ground floor is a cosy bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a spacious and well-organised built-in wardrobe as well as a modern tiled bathroom with shower. The staircase leads to the gallery on the upper floor with a view of the living and dining area. On the upper floor, you can enjoy a restful night's sleep either in the lovingly furnished bedroom with two single beds and sea views or in the spacious double bedroom with Smart TV. All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes with good organisation and plenty of clothes hangers. You can freshen up in the modern shower bathroom with WC and bidet. Hairdryers, shower mats, soap and an initial supply of toilet paper are available in both bathrooms. You can enjoy the marvellous view of the sea while brushing your teeth at the open window in the morning. Due to the high ceilings and the villa's excellent insulation, it is very pleasant and not too warm in the house in summer. The air conditioning units also provide cooling. The newly installed infrared radiators and the air conditioning systems with heating function, which are state-of-the-art, ensure cosy warmth in winter. There is a great little supermarket within walking distance, where you can get everything you need for catering, drugstore items and delicious fresh pastries for breakfast or an afternoon coffee break all year round. Gourmets will also find many a delicacy and fresh fish for the barbecue. The turquoise blue sea is only about 400 metres away. The nearest stretch of beach is just 500 metres away. It is not far to Colonia de Sant Pere, Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Arta, Pollenca, Alcudia and Cala Ratjada. The traditional weekly markets in the artists' village of Arta, just 15 minutes away, and in Sineu are particularly recommended. The airport in Palma is approx. 55 minutes away by car. Son Serra de Marina is very well connected and easy to reach. The accommodation itself is also easy to find. We recommend travelling with a rental car in order to be flexible. There is also a bus stop in the street, which is only about 200 metres away and from which you can also get to Palma, Can Picafort and Artà or from Palma Airport to Son Serra de Marina. Taxis can be hailed from Can Picafort.
Villa BEACH&OCEAN has been recently renovated, so you can look forward to a relaxing, comfortable holiday in a beautiful ambience. The holiday villa has been furnished with a lot of passion and heart and soul, with attention to detail and far beyond the usual standard. Towels, beach towels and bed linen are provided. To ensure that our younger guests feel particularly at home, we have a selection of games, Lego Duplo, Schleich animals, CDs and books for your children in addition to the basic children's equipment.
