The Lincoln 304, 1 Bed / 1 Bath, Studio with Kitchenette

The Lincoln 304, is a fully furnished, “Hospitality Suite” vacation rental, proudly presented by AdobeStar Properties and located in the Lincoln Square building in downtown Santa Fe, NM. Just steps outside the door of your own private residence is where you will visit the 400-year-old historic sites, do some friendly bartering for authentic Native American turquoise under the portal of the Palace of Governors, be inspired by the sheer breadth of art and culture, and delight in the finest southwestern cuisine the, “City Different”, has to offer.

**Please note: As of August 2026, the elevator in the Lincoln Building is undergoing repairs and is non-functional. We are happy to continue to host you, but please keep in mind that access to your unit will be via the set of stairs in the center of the building. We hope to have this completed by mid-November. High ceilings, hardwood floors, air conditioning, designer cabinetry, granite countertops, custom bathroom tile, coffee pot, ensuite walk-in bathroom/shower with separated water closet are just a few of the amenities in store for you at The Lincoln 304.There are no additional cleaning fees on this unit.

One parking spot in the lot adjacent to the Lincoln Building is included with your reservation. It is a private off-street lot and you will receive a parking pass for entry and exit. The lot cannot accommodate over sized vehicles.
