Inspired by the Danish concept of hygge (warmth and contentment), this newly renovated 2,685 sq. ft. home pairs whitewashed pine ceilings and vintage oak floors with a flowing mid-century modern design.



The light-filled open layout features a cook’s kitchen, remote-controlled shades, and private bedroom suites with upscale en-suite baths featuring Toto bidets. At the rear, floor-to-ceiling glass opens to an expansive, shaded viewing deck overlooking rolling piñon hills, high-desert sunsets, and city lights.



Set on 1.75 private acres in a dark-sky neighborhood just 8 minutes from the Plaza, the gated grounds feature a fire pit, tranquil water feature, and a 1-car garage with EV charging capability.



Please be aware that if your reservation falls on a Tuesday, landscapers will be visiting the property for general upkeep.



This property is dog friendly only.

To keep the property beautiful and running smoothly during your stay, we have a couple of routine exterior services scheduled:

Trash & Recycling: Pickup happens bright and early on Monday/Tuesday morning. To make sure it's collected, we may need to roll the trash bin out to the curb on Sunday/Monday and return it to its spot on Monday/Tuesday.

(Note: This schedule is subject to change depending on holidays, as the City of Santa Fe Residential Services may adjust collection days because of holiday closures.)

Landscaping: Every Tuesday to care for the native plants and outdoor areas.



Exterior security camera present:

Two exterior cameras present: a Ring camera at the front door and a camera on the gate keypad at the street entrance.
