Host was unresponsive after the first request didn't work. It wasn't until the second day when a lovely woman getting a neighboring unit cleaned were we able to turn on one more heater. She couldn't get the other heaters to work, the host said they would send someone but never did. One person had to sleep in a sleeping bag because their room would not heat...
