« Property not in good condition. Outside feels dilapidated. Weeds growing in the yard and no landscaping. Big cracks in the flooring of the patios. Cigarette butts lying around. Rotting wood in the underside of patio roof structures.Guest bedroom inside has old blinds that are warped and don’t fully close.Guest bathroom very old; tub doesn’t work; seal/calking around tub very dirty and old grey-brown, looks grungy.Toilet old and very low to the floor, difficult to get up from.Water temperature...

« The condo is in great condition and cozy. It made for a great base for exploring the local area. The pool was not in operation at the time of my visit in December. »

« Overall the two month stay went very well. It is in a great location in Green Valley. It has all new appliances and well stocked kitchen for cooking. Very nicely decorated and the neighbors on each side are very friendly. Parking spot was always available and the tv and internet worked great. Grill needs some cleaning and work but once it started it worked great. Looking for a 2 bedroom for next year or would consider coming back. »
