« A cute little two-bed, one-bath tiny house. No stove or oven but we had a hot plate a microwave and a gas grill for our use. The bathroom has a walk-in shower that was beautifully done. The views are amazing if you like cows and horses and to wake up to the neighborhood rooster this is the place for you. We loved it! Our host Chris was so nice and very helpful. Oh there is also a fire pit outside that we used. »

Sierra Vista

« It was a lovely location with a great outdoor space and mountain view. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook and enjoy your time. It was a dog friendly space, so I give a heads up for those with allergies! The washer and dryer in unit was a wonderful addition. Unfortunately, it wasn’t clear if the bedding was washed before our arrival (and the spare bedding was also dirty in the closet) so we bought our own bedding. Outside of that, it was a solid stay! »

« The property looks to be poorly maintained. Ant hills by entrance, hot tub not available/ working, Hot water heater turned off. Bath towels and hand towels and wash clothes very limited. Trash bags and toilet paper difficult to find. Outside patio furnature full of cobwebs. Light bulbs burned out thru out the house. Speaker in the TV ( family room ) is going out and made it impossible to watch. We feel like there was very little effort made to make this ready for rental. We left a day...

« This property needs to be reached by a high clearance all terrain vehicle. Not one precaution or warning listed while deciding on this non refundable listing. 30 miles plus of unpaved roads in to this home is not mentioned anywhere in the listing’s description. Our Easter weekend trip was ruined due to misrepresentation of this property. Half of our party want able to make it because it’s too risky to chance reaching it let alone finding it »
