« Lovely apartment but right on top of a street full of bars who play loud music till 2-3am mid week which attracts loads of people. We were unable to sleep every night only managing 3-4 hrs. This ruined our stay and time in Florence. We left cranky and exhausted. The shower is also terrible no water pressure it was seriously like a bad dribble. « What a wonderful place! We stayed for five nights and found it to be charming, ideally located near the sights but away from the tourist crowds, very clean and comfortable. Our host could not have been more gracious and welcoming and provided many great recommendations for Firenze but also for other cities on our itinerary. I would gladly stay here again. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Florence. The communication was excellent - very easy meet up and property detail. The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed. « The pictures of the property are accurate. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us. The beds are very comfortable . Plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen has all necessary equipment. Only issue was the toilets didn’t always flush immediately. You had to come back in half hour to flush.For some reason , that was surprising, the cold water never stayed cold.It is a wonderful apartment convenient to walk all over Florence. »

« Great location in a 16th century former mansion (they call them palaces). Very large apartment that had a modern kitchen and extensive air conditioning. Many rooms had views of the river. The building and the apartment were in good but not excellent aesthetic condition. Overall it was a good experience. »
