There is also a private pool complete with a solarium, elegant armchairs, sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
There is also a large furnished terrace with numerous relaxation areas, a dining area with a table and chairs, a barbecue and an outdoor sink.
There is a reserved parking space inside the property.

The villa is tastefully furnished in a modern, minimalist style and boasts high-quality finishes.

There is a living area with a sofa bed for two and a large smart TV.
The elegant kitchen is covered in black marble and offers two large sinks, a large fridge-freezer, an electric oven and a dishwasher. It is also equipped with a wall-mounted TV and a dining table.
There is also a bathroom with independent access from the outside and serving the living area, complete with a shower and washing machine.

The sleeping area comprises three double bedrooms:

Two of the bedrooms offer beautiful views of the pool and garden thanks to large glass walls, and are equipped with en-suite bathrooms with showers, televisions and mini fridges.
The third, smaller bedroom has a view of the side veranda and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a television.
The villa has air conditioning in every room, mosquito nets, and a Wi-Fi internet connection.
