• During the final sixty (60) days of the lease term, or at any time after the tenant provides notice of intent to vacate, the tenant shall permit the landlord and landlord's agents to enter the premises upon reasonable prior notice during normal business hours for the purpose of showing the premises to prospective tenants.
House rules
• NO SMOKING in the premises including balcony or communal outdoor spaces. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a fine up to USD 1000 plus additional cleaning costs to remove smoke odors.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9PM - 8AM. Violators can be charged a fine up to USD 500. This property may use NoiseWare technology to ensure the comfort and security of all guests. Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine of USD 200.
• We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• No parties or events. Violators will be charged a fine up to USD 500.
