Two large ones lead to the veranda furnished with table and chairs, for al fresco dining. Here there is an outdoor shower to cool off when returning from the sea.
The interior consists of living room with kitchen, 1 double sofa bed and TV, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom with bunk beds, 1 shower room. The house also has an entrance from the inner courtyard of the residence.

Corte
del Salento is located within a residential complex on the knoll
overlooking the Bay of Porto Miggiano, from which it is just 280 m away
as the crow flies, in a panoramic area in the territory of Santa Cesarea Terme.
The
seaside town is famous for its spas, its seaside pools, its striking
cliffs and the horizon from which every day it is possible to admire the
sunrise and moonrise. In summer all the main services are present.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Air conditioner in the living room.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
