« Our evening flight to Guarulhos airport was cancelled at the very last minute so we did not benefit from our room at Comfort Hotel Guarulhos. Although I can not judge the hotel room, I give a 1 star review because of the absolute lack of communication between the hotel and its customers. One week has passed since the event and I have sent multiple emails, whatsapp messages but I still have not received any answer. Even Hotels.com customer service never got a replied at the phone or via email. »
