« Wonderful place to stay. Cheap Ubers to the middle of Antigua. Staff were wonderful and room was very clean. We cancelled one of our stays so we could spend more time here- we loved it that much. Recommend to all! »

« Achei a hospedagem excelente, entrega exatamente o que foi prometido, as respostas são sempre muito rápidas pelo WhatsApp, o atendimento foi sempre muito gentil e educado. O lugar é lindo, há uma área com cozinha e sala que se pode alugar por um preço bem simbólico e utilizar, que faz o lugar se tornar uma pequena residência. A localização é muito boa e dentro do que foi prometido e o preço que é pago considero a hospedagem 100% recomendável »

« Everything about the hostal and the rooms is perfect. Make sure you get the access code from the property before arriving, as there is no recepción and there is no sign from the street to tell you it is a hostal. »

« Clean room with a good mattress but rather small ,dont expect to put a second suitcase somewhere. Glass panel above the room door without any cover so expect to be awaken when someone turns the hall lights on.The main window curtain is not lightproof either. It overlooks a church ,but 30m beyond is a very busy road and you can hear in the distance horning trucks,motorcycle and so on. Bathroom is ok ,warm water available. Ok if you have excursions starting early…. »

« Oliver and his wife were AMAZING! Always ready to help us. He showed us the city and recommended very nice places. The property was clean, save and in a very nice location. If we ever come back to Guatemala will definitely use their services again. »

« Hotel La Casa de Don Moncho is a beautiful colonial home refurbished as a guest boutique hotel. Very peaceful and most comfortable. The rooftop terrace has an awesome view of the volcano outside Antigua. It’s a few minutes from the center of Antigua which gave me an opportunity to know more of Antigua. Emmanuel, the manager, is very helpful and welcoming. Staying here only added to my experience. »

« We arrived on the day of our booking and the manager of the hotel told us that they don't work with Expedia. I had a text and email confirmation of our booking and he told us that does not matter. He told us his hostel was completely full and did not care to help us at all. They also advertise as having free parking, and when we arrived he told us the hostel does not provide parking. Very bad customer service, completely unorganized and not helpful. »
