Inside, the gourmet kitchen serves as the heart of the home, fully stocked and ready for any style of cooking. The bright, open-concept living room flows seamlessly to the back patio and outdoor kitchen, creating an inviting indoor-outdoor experience. The primary suite features a luxurious king bed, a dedicated workspace, and a beautifully renovated en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and open-air shower. The three additional bedrooms each include comfortable queen beds.

Two main bathrooms boast elegant stone tiling, above-counter vessel sinks, and waterfall faucets. The home also includes central air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort.


This house does not have live TV service. The brand new 65" Smart TV is equipped with apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. The house has fast wifi.

There is private parking for 2 cars under the carport. Additional vehicles can park in the driveway.

*NO PARTIES: This house is located in a quiet community, and the concerns of our neighbors are our top priority. We have a strict 'No Party' policy, and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 8 am.*

*PETS: ONLY 3 PETS ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESAs). A pet fee will apply; pets can not be left unattended in your room. Please add your pet to the reservation, or disclose your pet to our hospitality team after booking.

*Our cleaning fee includes professional cleaning of the house, patio/grill, and outdoor space after every guest. As part of The Living Wage Pledge, we are committed to paying our cleaners fairly. A living wage is a minimum income necessary for someone to meet their basic needs and participate in their community.*

## Interaction

This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat during 5 am - 1 am to help assist you during your stay!

The most amazing part of this property is its location and natural surroundings, while still very close to downtown Santa Barbara.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full refund only if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days prior to check-in date minus 4% credit card transaction fee if booked directly.
If canceled after 48 hours, no refund for the first 30 nights from the date of cancellation.
If canceled with fewer than 30 days remaining on the reservation, the reservation is nonrefundable.
If canceled after the trip has started, the following 30 nights of the reservation are nonrefundable.
