A washer and dryer are located in a closet off the kitchen. Entertainment includes flat screen TVs, DVD player, and WiFi throughout. The living room centers around a fireplace, and the fourth-floor rooftop terrace offers the home's standout feature: sweeping sunset views, an outdoor fireplace, gas grill, and multiple seating areas for alfresco dining and lounging. Ground-floor entry includes a 1-car garage through a gated entrance. Dogs are welcome with advance notice.

Getting Around:
Santa Barbara is located along Highway 101. The home is approximately 10 minutes from downtown State Street and the waterfront. Santa Barbara Airport (SBA) is about a 15-minute drive. Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is roughly 90 miles south, about a 90-minute to 2-hour drive depending on traffic. Amtrak's Pacific Surfliner stops at the Santa Barbara station, connecting to Los Angeles and San Diego.
