After a sun-soaked beach day, relax on the loveseat and watch a movie on the 38" flat-screen TV. A faux fireplace creates a cozy ambiance on cool evenings. A writing desk is handy for planning activities or checking email on your laptop. The unit includes a mini-refrigerator and freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. Extras perks include complimentary WiFi.

Sleep soundly on a king-size four-poster canopy bed. Adjacent, a twin daybed with a trundle can accommodate two additional guests. A full bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

The space is ideal for two people even though they advertise it for 4. The pull out bed is older and metal, so the springs creak with every single move - it kept everyone awake for quite a while. The walls are thin so you can hear the other tenants normal conversations. While the ground floor is usually a preferred choice, we could hear children running across the ceiling and furniture moving. The bathroom door knob came off in our hand and the bathroom door would not close all the way. Nice area but we would not stay here again.

Fairly accurate listing except its too tiny for 4. Minimal “ kitchen “ with no place to even set a hot mug/plate near the microwave. Convenient location to beach, stores and highway.

Vacasa advertised their apartment as having two living spaces, but it only had one. Vacasa refused to acknowledge their mistake and put it right. VRBO support was excellent, and they refunded our stay. I reviewed Vacasa’s reviews, and could only see the positive ones. I believe I would not have had the problem if the negative.reviews were available.

We committed to re-booking the minute we walked in the door for this cute little place. However, the unfortunate experience we had was that the the plumping for this property backed up into our unit on day 2 of the 4 day stay (toilet & shower, the stench was awful). The local property manager was AMAZING in getting us taken care of (Carrine, not sure of spelling). The reps for Vacasa were absolutely awful. They expected us to be the contact for the plumbing crew in a unit we needed to leave as it was uninhabitable (my poor mom needed to use the restroom & couldn't) and did nothing to assist us in finding a new place to stay (offering a -partial-credit ONLY is not helpful when we have to do our OWN research on a place to stay). A new home was assigned to us only to have it revoked AS we were on the front steps, suitcases on the porch (Vacasa said it was not financially beneficial for THEM). Carrine, then ensured this unit would be cleaned while we were at dinner (that we were unable to shower for prior); SHE cleaned the bathroom herself (absolute angel). It tainted the unit a bit as the smell lingered but since everything was booked (or over $1,000/nt), this was our only option. We had everything good to say about this place, but felt it necessary to report this. p.s. I have pictures and communications from Vacasa to back all of this up just in case they try and turn the tables in a response

4 total bath towels for 7 nights with no laundry facility and nowhere to hang used towels. Door knob to bathroom kept falling off. Very poor ventilation and lots of spiders on outside that wanted inside. Needs adjustable shower head as the spray felt like a car wash. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

For our little family of 3, (2 adults and 7 yo) the space fit us just fine. It was conveniently located to restaurants, a beach and a few playgrounds we could walk to. Which was helpful since we had taken the train down from SLO and were on foot! Would have liked a broom or vacuum for sand clean up and dish towel would have been nice. We had to wash dishes in the bathroom sink, and just used an extra beach towel. Sound wasn’t an issue for us as mentioned in other posts. We were able to crack windows and definitely used the fan provided, it was warm and stuffy for sure but tolerable. Overall a fun stay!

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was as advertised, clean, tidy, comfy, and a stones throw from the beach. It’s close enough to downtown S.B. that getting into town is quick and there’s a couple good restaurants and little market nearby if you need anything. The neighborhood is a little noisy and the house is older so there were times our upstairs neighbors were very noticeable; for that reason I might not recommend for anyone who is really noise sensitive. Overall a great experience. Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area!

The property is older and has character. There is noise from above and on the sides when they are occupied, but everyone was respectful and kept the noise to a minimum. Very relaxing and good sleep.
