On the entry level, the open-plan living room and kitchen are the heart of this comfortable home. Guests will love cooking together in a well-equipped kitchen and dining at the granite peninsula (stools for six). Please note that the home does not have a dishwasher. The living room, designed for maximum comfort, is perfect for a cozy night, streaming hit shows on the flat-screen TV, or relaxing before dinner. The sofa features a pull-out couch, ensuring everyone has a comfortable resting place.

There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on the ground floor. One boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, seating area, and a desk, ideal for those who need a quiet place to write. As is typical with many Santa Barbara homes, this property does not have AC. Open windows and the use of fans allow ocean breezes in to keep the house cool during hot summer months.
