The open concept Living and Dining Rooms move into the Kitchen with highlighted gold finishes and a creative breakfast bar that opens to the back deck. All Bedrooms offer organic mattresses and luxury sheets, while the Primary Room also incorporates a separate deck complete with a bar, sitting area, and jacuzzi. The former garage is now a large Great Room fully furnished with an Xbox, ping pong, and other games. The beautifully landscaped backyard has a large deck, outdoor heaters, a shower to rinse off from the beach, a hammock, and a private creek bridge.
