Bonnymede is known for its prime oceanfront location in Montecito’s lower village, neighboring the Coral Casino and Four Season Beach Resort. Guests enjoy access to community amenities including a pool, spa, tennis courts, gym, and direct beach access, all within a gated community with 24-hour security.

Inside, the studio is thoughtfully designed to maximize space and functionality. The main living area features a Queen sized Murphy bed, allowing for a flexible layout that easily transitions from living space to sleeping area. A TV and dining table for four create a comfortable setting for relaxing or enjoying meals, while natural light keeps the space bright and welcoming.

The highlight of the home is the sunroom with floor-to-ceiling windows, offering beautiful ocean views and the perfect spot for morning coffee or unwinding after a day at the beach.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for your stay. The home has a more classic, simple coastal feel, offering comfort and practicality in an unbeatable location.

THINGS TO KNOW:
-Located in the gated Bonnymede community with access to pool, spa, tennis, gym, and direct beach access.
-Walk to the beach and enjoy easy access to Montecito shops, dining, and nearby Santa Barbara.
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-If booking for 30-90 nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater.
-If booking for 91+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due upon booking equal to the first month's rent, or $5k, whichever is lesser.
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees apply at the rate of $400/month and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking.
