The space
Welcome to our stylish industrial loft, defined by high ceilings, a striking brick accent wall, and polished concrete floors for a cool, modern atmosphere. The open-concept layout is perfect for relaxing or working.

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 5):
* Lofted Bedroom: 1 King bed with a memory foam mattress. IMPORTANT: This area is accessible only by a ladder and has a ceiling height of 6 feet, making it unsuitable for guests taller than that.
* Main Area: 1 Queen inflatable mattress.
* Living Room: 1 large couch (this is not a sleeper sofa).

Kitchen & Family Amenities:
* Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, and utensils.
* Keurig machine with complimentary coffee and tea.
* Pack 'n Play, high chair, and stroller available upon request.

Important note:
You're staying in a loft above bars and restaurants, located directly above the 4th Street Market. From time to time, live bands perform below during the day, so you may hear music and other noise outside. If you're sensitive to noise or looking for a very quiet stay, this may not be the best fit for you.

Guest access
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire industrial loft apartment. You are also welcome to use the building's shared amenities, which include:
* A well-equipped gym featuring free weights, a cable machine, a treadmill, and a stationary bike.
* A laundry room with a free-to-use washer and dryer.

During your stay
We respect our guests' privacy but are available via the app or phone if you need anything during your stay. We want to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable visit!

To ensure our loft is the perfect fit for your trip, please review these important details before booking:
* Noise Level: The loft is located directly above bars and restaurants. Live music and street noise, especially during the day and on weekends, are common. If you are sensitive to noise, this may not be the ideal space for you.
* Loft Bedroom Access: The upstairs sleeping loft is accessible ONLY by a metal ladder. Please exercise extreme caution when climbing. The ceiling in this lofted area is exactly 6 feet high.
* Flooring: The floors have a bare, polished cement finish. While we clean thoroughly, walking barefoot may leave some dust on your feet or socks.
* Long-Term Stays: We offer discounts for bookings of 30 days or more. Please inquire for details.
