Exclusive villa with private pool and fitness center

La Valle del Sole Holiday Home, 15 minutes from the beaches of Fano and 30 minutes from Urbino, offers four apartments with bedrooms, private bathrooms, and kitchenettes, accommodating a total of 13 people. A private pool with a whirlpool, a tennis court, and a fully equipped and exclusive gym are available for working out even while on vacation. Ideal for groups of friends who can enjoy cooking on the three barbecues and dining on the terrace, under the porch, or on the veranda.

On the first floor, there are two apartments with separate entrances: one with a double bed and a sofa bed, and the other with a double bedroom with a bunk bed in the bedroom. On the ground floor, there is one apartment with a double bedroom and the other with a double bedroom and a sofa bed or an additional double bed in the living room. Facing the pool, there is a shared living area with windows and a porch, used for cooking for the whole group, complete with a large refrigerator, oven, and microwave. There is also a climate-controlled veranda where everyone can enjoy al fresco dining overlooking the pool.

The entire villa can be rented to a single group of friends or family, offering several outdoor dining areas under our portico or inside the veranda. All rooms are air-conditioned and have mosquito nets.

Around the park are several straw umbrellas with sofas under the beautiful palm trees, where you can relax and enjoy the views of the hills. A tennis court or soccer field, a gym available to guests, five free mountain bikes, ping pong, and a hiking trail around the lake are also available.
