The Space:

Located on the second floor of a charming historic building (with elevator access), Maramia is quiet, bright and completely refurbished in 2025.



Bedrooms: 4 brand-new bedrooms: 1 with a king-size bed and 3 with standard double beds. One bed can be converted into two singles upon request (with at least two days' notice).

Living room: welcoming, with a comfortable double sofa bed for two additional guests.

Bathrooms: 4 full bathrooms (one en-suite), one featuring a double shower with a wellness waterfall for cervical massage.

Kitchen: fully equipped, with induction cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.

Terrace: a lovely outdoor terrace, ideal for relaxing or dining al fresco.

Modern comforts include air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi and contemporary furnishings throughout.

Maramia is located in Sant'Agnello, a charming and peaceful town just outside Sorrento, known for its beautiful views and relaxed local atmosphere:

Marinella Beach and the Belvedere della Marinella: just a very short distance away, a stunning panoramic spot overlooking the Gulf of Naples, perfect for swimming and relaxed meals by the sea.

Sorrento town centre: about 2 km away, a short drive or pleasant walk.

Day trips: the location makes it easy to explore the Sorrento Peninsula and the Amalfi Coast.



Getting Around:

Via Crawford 69 offers excellent access to public transportation. Sant’Agnello train station (Circumvesuviana Line) is just a short walk away, providing direct connections to Sorrento, Pompeii, and Naples. Several bus stops are located nearby, and the Port of Sorrento, with ferries to Capri and Naples, is just a quick transfer.

Arrival and Check-In Information



Check-in time: between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Late check-in between 10:00 pm and midnight is available upon request and incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash on arrival.

Check-out time: by 10:00 am.





Usage policy: the property is designed exclusively for residential stays and a relaxed holiday experience. Events, private parties or gatherings are not permitted.

External suppliers: private chefs, catering services or event vendors are not permitted; all services must be arranged exclusively through Feeling Italy. We are delighted to host intimate celebrations with curated menus and the full support of our Concierge team.

Parking: private parking available in a nearby secure facility just across the street, subject to availability and at an additional cost.

City tax: €4 per adult per day, applied for the first 7 nights. This tax is required by the Municipality of Sant'Agnello and is payable in cash upon arrival.
