Set in the peaceful coastal enclave of S'Algar, this three-bedroom villa offers an ideal base for families looking to unwind by the sea. Located in a quiet residential area, Villa Ametler comfortably accommodates up to six guests and is just a short stroll from the shoreline, where calm, clear waters offer peaceful times with the Mediterranean breeze. The villa’s layout and amenities cater well to family life, offering well-designed interiors all on one level, a private outdoor area with pool for children to play in, and an easy, relaxed atmosphere that makes it feel like a true home from home.

The property has been recently renovated, and offers three bedrooms for the family to choose from. The main bedroom with large double bed is well-suited for parents, with it's ensuite bathroom, and there is another double bedroom for guests to use. The third bedroom contains a single bed and a sofa bed for guests to use. The living room with connecting dining room offers a great place for everyone to gather and socialise with the woodburner providing heat in the colder evenings. Moving outside, guests can also sit under the terrace on the sofas or enjoy some alfresco dining as they watch the kids play in the pool.

Villa Ametler is located in the quiet area of S'Algar, nestled in the south-east part of the island. This small coastal resort has a quiet, residential atmosphere with limited through traffic, making it a calm environment for children. The property is less than a minute walk to the seafront and about a 10-minute walk to the nearest restaurant. Further afield, there are plenty of beaches, coves, nature trails, and more for the whole family to explore! We recommend renting a car so that you have the best chance to discover the whole of the island and what it has to offer. Why not take a trip to the popular area of Binibeca or go further afield to Arenal, Son Bou, Citutadella, or other great areas to explore!
