The villa, built on an area of 160 square meters and surrounded by 1200 square meters of land, is equipped with all the modern comforts to make your stay perfect, yet without sacrificing its rustic charm.



From the outside, where greenery and stone dominate, there is access to various chill-out areas that the villa offers to its guests. You can enjoy the wonderful summer days by the pool, enjoy a delicious aperitif on the shaded sofas, or organize a delicious lunch featuring typical local products in the outdoor dining area in the shade of the porch.



The interior of the villa features all the architectural elements typical of local structures: stone, terracotta, wooden beams and warm colors. Everything is well-kept and every corner seems to tell a story.



The living area conveys a sense of conviviality and familiarity: white sofas in front of the fireplace are placed next to the dining table; large windows offer a fabulous view of the pool and let in the vivid sunlight.



Also located in this large open-plan space is the minimal and functional kitchen, equipped with everything you need to experience living at its best.



The house is arranged on a single level: from the open-space living area you move on to the sleeping area. Can Syra has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite.
