A charming family home with spectacular sea views, just a 5-minute walk from Cala Codolar beach and 1.2 km from Cala Conta, situated right on the seafront.

The space
It is a spacious, light-filled house, tastefully and stylishly decorated. It has 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and the third with a bunk bed. There are three en-suite bathrooms, one for each bedroom.

The open-plan kitchen is flooded with natural light and offers sea views. It is equipped with a large fridge-freezer, induction hobs, an electric oven, a full set of crockery and a wide range of pots and pans. Adjacent to the kitchen is the combined living and dining area. The dining area has a table for six, and the living room features a large L-shaped sofa and a TV. This entire space opens onto the pool terrace through large glass panels.

The outdoor terrace is very spacious and wraps around the entire house. At the front, overlooking the sea, is the swimming pool, along with outdoor sofas and armchairs. Part of the terrace is paved with white stone, whilst the rest is tiled. On one side is the barbecue and utility area, and on the opposite side there is an outdoor table with seating for 10. There are a total of three automatic awnings that can be opened over the front, side and rear terraces to provide shade. The entrance to the house has a large gate, although cars are parked in front of the house, on the street.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. In addition to the air conditioning, there is a large ceiling fan in the living room.
There is a staircase leading up to the roof terrace, a space which, although unfurnished, is ideal for sitting and enjoying unbeatable panoramic views or doing yoga in the morning. For the safety of young children, access to the roof terrace is via a door that must be kept closed. The pool can also be fully fenced off if there are children present. From the house, a short 5-minute walk takes you to a small rocky cove known as Playa Codolar. Cala Conta, one of the most beautiful beaches with crystal-clear water and stunning sunsets, is just a 3-minute drive away.
