Please note that the apartment is in a pedestrian area on the second floor of a historic building without a lift.
Parking is not available at the property; the area has pedestrian access, but public paid parking can be found nearby, about 5–10 minutes on foot (a car is not essential).

You will be immersed in La Pigna, the charming historic centre of Sanremo. The apartment enjoys an ideal location: just a few minutes from the city center, close to beaches, restaurants, and outdoor cafés. In the immediate surroundings, you’ll find supermarkets, shops, and bike rental points. Nearby you can also visit the Civic Museum, the Regina Elena Gardens, and the famous Ariston Theatre. Historical attractions such as the Forte di Santa Tecla and Piazzale Pian Nave are about an 8-minute walk away. For nightlife lovers, head towards Piazza Bresca near the Old Port, known for its vibrant atmosphere.

For nature and sports enthusiasts, the Sanremo seafront cycling and walking path is easily reachable in 10–12 minutes, with the possibility to rent bicycles. About 10 minutes away by car you’ll find tennis and padel courts, and approximately 3 km away there is a golf course.
