The area is also within walking distance of the beaches along the Atlantic coast and the scenic paseo marítimo. Visitors can enjoy local tapas bars and the traditional horse races at the Playa de la Calzada.

The nearest major public transport bus stop is San Fernando, which is about a 6‑minute walk from the property, served by multiple bus lines, including 1, 50 and 91, connecting to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and other destinations.

The nearest major airport is Gran Canaria Airport (LPA), which is about 18–19 km away. By car, the drive typically takes around 20–40 minutes via the GC‑1 motorway. Public bus connections to the airport exist, but generally require transfers and take longer.
