  • Ce spacieux condo redécoré de 3 ch, 2 salles de bain dans le SunDial East familial accueillera facilement six personnes. La suite principale avec lit king size, la 2ème chambre a 2 lits jumeaux et le 3ème chambre a un roi. De plus, ce condo non-fumeur a un salon, une salle à manger, une cuisine entièrement équipée pour ceux qui veulent cuisiner, une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité, 4 téléviseurs avec câble, magnétoscope et lecteur DVD, WIFI PRIVÉ juste pour nos clients, très grande véranda qui surplombe la cour, la piscine, la plage et le golfe du Mexique. Notre unité O-301 est juste au coin de l'ascenseur et des escaliers et dispose d'un parking couvert. Les barbecues sont situés à quelques pas de l'ascenseur. Nous fournissons des serviettes de plage, des chaises de plage, un parapluie et des jouets de sable pour les enfants. Pak n Play et chaise haute inclus pour les petits

    Nous avons séjourné à Sanibel pour des vacances pendant de nombreuses années et c'était le plus propre appartement le mieux nommé que nous ayons séjourné.

    Toutes les unités de SunDial sont des propriétés privées. Nous sommes situés à SunDial East qui est adjacent au SunDial Beach Resort qui est le premier complexe hôtelier de Sanibel et dispose de plusieurs commodités; long de la plage de mile, plusieurs piscines, bain à remous, bar tiki, location de voiliers / kayaks / location de vélos, terrains de basket-ball et de volley-ball, zones de grillades en plein air, activités pour enfants et adolescents et plus encore. Certaines de ces commodités peuvent nécessiter des frais supplémentaires. NOTRE CONDO A WIFI PRIVÉ GRATUIT JUSTE POUR NOS INVITÉS.

    Les locations sont de 7 nuits minimum et se font du samedi au samedi. Nous considérerons moins de 7 nuits en basse saison. Cependant, ils doivent commencer ou se terminer un samedi ..

Nice location and good part of the beach. Nice w the Tipsy Turtle just next door. Covered parking was also nice. Plenty of beach toys in the downstairs closet. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

We found the property to be a great location, very comfortable with beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, all in very good condition- including a wagon. The walk to the beach was not too far and the pool was nice. The only area that could use an update was the outside screen balcony- the chairs were not that comfortable and there was only one lounge chair. The kitchen was well-equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo very comfortable. Good location and very nice view. Beautiful beach.It would have been better if we knew about the closet with beach chairs in it. Also handholds in shower are important to add!

We had a great time at this condo on Sanibel. It was comfortable and had most things we needed. The pool was nice but quite crowded. The beach was spectacular and we used the beach buggy, chairs and umbrella.Location on the island was perfect - easy access to restaurants, groceries, bike rentals, etc. I will stay again.

My family of five and I including three kids, ages 16 and understate at the condo for a week in June 2026 and our experience was wonderful. Getting into the building and the downstairs storage area with all of the chairs, tubes, noodles and umbrella was very easy. The condo was mirror steps from the beachfront and the pool. The beach itself was clean and quite quiet. We even had a dolphin visitor one day on the beach! The condo offered enough space for our family of five to spread out after a day at the beach and we were very comfortable. We definitely will be back!

We had a beautiful view of the Gulf. The condo was very nicely furnished. A TV problem and A/C problem were quickly addressed taken care of. Great place.

February 2025 Stay

The condo is beautiful and clean. The “included” pool is not open yet, but the Sundial Hotel part of the property pool is open with a daily fee. There is a tiki bar over by that pool that was enjoyed by our family.

Sanibel Dreamers

It was in a good location. We didn’t find out the closest pool was not available until we had already paid in full, but the owner made arrangements for us to use a different pool. The Sundial Resort was impressive overall and had many amenities. We enjoyed the Shell Walk on Wednesday. Altogether, we had a lovely vacation.

Awesome Sanibel Getaway!

Great way to get away from the cold weather up north. This condo was spacious and clean. Just as described. Lots of extras that you don't usually get. Great communication with the owner. Just what we were looking for!

Well appointed and clean. The condo was a good place for our family to call home for the week. The kitchen and furnishings were clean and comfortable. Owners provide beach towels so you don’t have to pack your own. There’s a pool near the beach in the courtyard with easy access and wasn’t too busy given it being spring break season. There’s a storage closet on the ground floor with beach accessories including plenty of chairs and an umbrella, plus sand toys and boogie boards. Only minus was the condo does not include club amenities meaning no open access to the main pool or bikes. But had we not been part of a larger group, most of whom booked through the club I doubt we would have known. We had about everything we needed with out it.

Spacious condo with all the extras

Wonderful experience! Large 3BR condo gave everyone their space. The extras like beach chairs, toys, towels etc were very convenient and appreciated. Wonderful communication from property manager. Location is close to pool, beach and covered parking a plus. We’ll be back and definitely recommend.

Beautiful Unit in Sanibel Island

Beautiful Unit for our first time on Sanibel Island. The pictures did not do justice. We were pleasantly surprised that the unit was even nicer than the pictures shown online. It was very clean and met all of our needs. It was a very short walk from the unit through the courtyard/pool to the beach. Since we were on the 3rd floor, an elevator was a plus. The property manager also responded to me within minutes of emailing him. I would definitely stay here again the next time that we vacation on Sanibel Island.

Loved our stay!

We totally loved our stay at the Sundial and the owner was wonderful and extremely responsive. We had everything we needed in our kitchen to cook and we had plenty of chairs and outdoor items for the beach. The condo was clean and I felt like I was home!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed staying at this wonderful condo! There was plenty of room for the six of us which was what we were looking for. The only small thing we didn’t like was the walk to the beach. That is only because we have been spoiled by our parents and their love of smaller complexes.
