The upstairs main living level has an open floor plan with the living room, kitchen and dining area working together as a perfect entertainment and gathering area for all. The living room seats 6 comfortably, with its vivid green sofa and three club chairs. It is a perfect area to enjoy the canal view or to watch or stream your favorite programs on the Smart TV.

The dining area seats 8 and features an exquisite table with mother-of-pearl seashell shadowbox topped table. Whether you choose to enjoy your meals at the table, enjoy a family game night or work on a puzzle, it provides a perfect vantage point to be included in any and all of the activities happening in the great room.

There is an open-air cyber center office nook that overlooks the back yard and dock, and it is perfectly set up for working remotely and participating in a Zoom call with a gorgeous backdrop.

The updated kitchen features custom wooden cabinetry, exotic granite, stainless steel appliances and a built-in wine captain. A small laundry room with a high-efficiency washer and dryer are also near to the kitchen.

A guest bedrooms with a King bed and another bedroom with a Queen bed are also located on the main living level, along with a guest bathroom featuring a single vanity and tub/shower combination.

Upstairs on the top level, the expansive primary bedroom has a King bed, flat panel Smart TV, along with soaring ceilings and a Juliet balcony overlooking the back yard.

The spa-like en-suite primary bathroom features an oversized shower for 2 shower and a double vanity.

The ground level features a garage with a bonus French door refrigerator/freezer, ample storage for your fishing tackle, watercraft gear and more; and, there is a poolside family room and bathroom that is perfect for visiting friends or family.

After a day on the water, filet your catch, take a dip, and enjoy a winter warm-up or summer cool-off in the outdoor heated plunge pool. A Weber gas grill is adjacent to the pool and downstairs family room.

License to Chill is professionally managed by Cottages to Castles of Sanibel & Captiva. Since 1997, they've been making sure that you have everything you need to make your stay a memorable one.

One non-shedding doggie under 15 pounds may be considered for this property with prior approval of the Owner and Cottages to Castles. Payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required. The non-refundable fee is based on the length of your stay and the number of doggies in residence and/or visiting the property. Weight limit and breed restrictions may be applicable.

Houses may be rented for any 28 days within the same calendar month. Please call if you have specific dates.

Use of Boat Docks and Boat Lifts: Not all boat docks and boat lifts are for tenant use. Please specify at time of reservation if a boat dock or lift is needed for use at the property in which you are renting. If not disclosed and previously approved by Cottages to Castles, you will be asked to remove the vessel immediately. Tenants are not allowed to move, relocate or touch a boat parked on the property's dock or boat lift without prior approval from Cottages to Castles. There may be an extra charge for use of the boat dock and/or lift at the designated property. A signed damage waiver is required.
