Island Townhouse steps from the ocean, large lanai, heated pool - Summer AVAIL

This two-story townhouse is nestled steps from the beach, surrounded by mature palm trees and plants for privacy and beauty. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a wrap-around 2-story lanai that is so peaceful and tranquil.

The house has an open floor plan with an upgraded kitchen with stainless appliances and a large living room and open dining spaces.

3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. There is a daybed bedroom on the main floor and a 1/2 bath. Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. There is a private master bath with a granite dual vanity and a separate tiled shower and bath. A large walk-in closet and wood-look flooring and ceramic tile. The guest bedroom on the other side of the hall also has floor-to-ceiling windows, 2 double beds, and a closet. The guest bathroom has a tiled shower and granite countered sink. There is a small loft off the hall that overlooks the two-story space below. There is a covered sitting space under the townhome for a bit of shade and grilling and garage space that stores beach amenities for our guests to use.

This Island get-away is a short walk to the gulf. From the front door, you take a short path that wraps past the shared pool area and use the association’s private, peaceful boardwalk to get to the beachfront. There’s an outdoor rinse area at the beginning of the boardwalk for washing off sand when you come back from the shore. You can walk for miles on the beach in either direction and enjoy stunning views, sun, and seashells.

Even though the proximity to the beach steals the show, you could sit in the two-story lanai all day. The sun shines through perfectly, and there are lots of comfortable spaces around the home to enjoy catching up on a book or taking an afternoon nap.

Sanibel is one of the most popular islands in Florida, with miles of incredible shell beaches, and over half of the island is wildlife and nature preserves. The island vibe will captivate you. People love to bike around the island. There are unique restaurants, ice cream shops, and museums. There is a beautiful golf course, along with tennis and pickleball courts available on the island for a fee. And of course, you could spend your whole stay just at the beach. There are many other fun things to do, such as surf fishing from shore (bring your own gear), charter boat outings, kayaking through an outfitter service, visiting a nature preserve, and of course collecting seashells.

6 beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach wagon, and a variety of beach toys for kids are available free for all of our guests to use.

Nest doorbell on exterior front door, and exterior security camera, for monitoring deliveries and surveillance when property is not in use.
