Populated by under 40 units, Sunset South is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico and features fantastic amenities including a large heated pool and community center. Unit 14D is located almost directly on the beach, separated by just a few feet of community garden and a boardwalk to the white sandy beaches of Sanibel. Best of all, 14D features a private elevator located on the interior of the unit!

The Space:
Close to restaurants, shopping, recreation, and easy on/off access to the Sanibel Causeway are just a few other selling points making this unit a fantastic selection for your next family (or solo, if so inclined) vacation. Boasting an extraordinarily desirable layout, 14D possesses a fully equipped luxury kitchen, two large bedrooms and bathrooms, an expansive living room overlooking the cerulean waters of the Gulf of Mexico, and modern appointments such as high speed wifi and smart capable TVs.

In terms of the bedrooms, the master bedroom features a large four post king bed and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower while the guest bedroom features a functional trundle bed that is capable of accommodating a single guest as a day bed or accommodating two guest as a twin sized day bed and a pullout twin sized trundle bed (both features premium mattresses). In addition, the living room features a high-end sleeper sofa with 7 inch mattress (4 inch mattress plus a 3 inch inflatable topper linked to an electric inflation system). The guest bathroom features a shower/tub combination and is located off of the guest bedroom in the hallway. The dining area features seating for up to six guests. Finally, as an added perk guests will enjoy access to a private elevator that is located next to the 14D parking spot and offloads directly inside the unit, permitting guests to avoid the use of common elevator areas and walking from the elevator to the unit. For individuals with limited mobility, 14D would be a fantastic choice for this reason.

Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy access to the whole residence and all Sunset South community amenities, including pool and community clubhouse.
