The Space:

This charming house on Sanibel Island offers a thoughtfully arranged layout perfect for a relaxing getaway. The sleeping arrangements consist of a private primary bedroom with a king bed and two guest bedrooms each featuring a queen bed, ensuring a restful night for all guests. The property includes two full bathrooms and one half bathroom to accommodate all guests. The home features a bright and open living room that connects to a fully equipped kitchen with updated modern appliances.. Beyond the interior, the outdoor space invites you to unwind by your private pool or enjoy a meal on the patio using the barbecue grill. Guests can enjoy modern comforts including air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and beach essentials provided to help you make the most of your time near the Gulf shores.

Guests have access to the entire property, including the garage.

This home is located in the East Rocks neighborhood at 3711 Agate Ct on Sanibel Island off of West Gulf Drive



Getting Around:

We recommend bikes, golf cart or a rental car



Other Things to Note:

For reservations during the months of January, February, and March, rentals are available on a full calendar month basis only. Stays must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month. Partial-month stays, mid-month arrivals, or mid-month departures are not permitted during this period unless otherwise approved in writing by management. Guests must complete a rental agreement A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

We are available as often as needed, but give guests the space and privacy they desire.
