This studio is located in Sandyground on the right side of the restaurant Dolce Vita. You have direct access to the beach.

- 1 Bathroom (Shower & Toilet)
- Hot water
- Towels & Sheets
- 1 Queen Size Bed
- 1 Sofa Bed
- 1 Glass table with 2 chairs
- 1 Closet with hangers
Video surveillance camera outside of the property to insure your safety at all time.
Safelock outside the property to retrieve studio keys.
The space
This is a decent size studio in front of the beach. Good location. 1 bedroom with a dining area, a sofa, 1 bathroom, basic but comfortable . This is a valuable and great solution for people that wants to come stay in Anguilla.
Guest access
The front till the coconut tree is part of our property. So feel free to use this space as you want. Knowing it might have other guests in other studios too. The rest of the beach is free access for everyone.
Other things to note
Arriving in Anguilla, if the immigration ask where is located the studio, just tell them that you are going by : Evelyne Ratchel in Sandyground next to Dolce Vita “Iris Residence” Evelyne is my mother name and giving a name will dissipate any confusion and makes it easier for the check in.
