« Front desk at check in was great, very nice and friendly. Got to our room (137) - all the way at the end next to the side entrance. Stairwell door is right across from that room door and it slammed often at night waking us up. The side entrance door to the outside is broken and every time a person goes in or out, it stays wide open for anyone to enter all day and night. It needs fixed ASAP. « I loved the staff. I had a huge issue with my registration and they remained helpful and professional. Once we figured out issue (thankfully I had my email conformation) the issue was resolved. The breakfast was also good. I would’ve given all 5s but there was a cat in hotel lobby and I’m allergic to them »

« The room was very clean. Beds comfy. Pull out couch was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The pool was nice but kept running out of towels because there were so many people swimming. But the staff was very attentive and replaced towels when requested. I loved the cornhole game and large connect four game in the courtyard. I would definitely recommend this hotel. »

« It was okay for the price, peaceful and clean. Sadly the mattress was a bit uncomfortable & springy. I slept on top of the comforter and used my own. My room was clean and smelled great. The tv bit small for king size bed & room size. The channel selection was pretty basic. Small fridge worked. Very small microwave & it was a bit dented up but worked. « We booked the jacuzzi suite room. If you have a room with one of those in there I recommend setting the air conditioner to the “dry” setting, if not the whole room is moist. The floor was slippery, the carpet was sticky, and even the nightstands had condensation on them. It got better after we set the air conditioner to dry.
