« The room is very small, with only a toilet. The kitchen has plastic dishes, no proper knives, and no kettle to boil water. Even the most budget hotels usually provide a kettle, so it was disappointing to have to heat water in the microwave. There were about 20 pillows in the room, which felt unnecessary — four would have been more than enough. It would also be very helpful to have a small vacuum cleaner, especially for guests traveling with pets, so we could clean up after them ourselves. For...

« It was prefect for us. We were able to easily walk to the town lift to start skiing at Park City. All of our travel was either walking or a short bus ride. The condo was very comfortable. Park Station is a large condo with multiple ground floor doors in and out to make travel convenient. They have two large outdoor hottubs next to a gas firepit and a very well heated outdoor pool. This outdoor area is all new and very nice. There is a 6 person dining table, leather couch, chair and loveseat....

« This is wonderful unit in a great property. We've stayed the Westgate many times and this unit is very clean, nicely decorated and very well maintained. It is in great location for ski-in-ski-out fun at the Canyons Resort. »

« We had no communication with the owner until we were on our way there. We got an email the day we were to check in giving us the details. The place is basically clean except for a stained tub that could be cleaned. The fan in the bathroom was broken. The kitchen had 1 plate and 1 bowl. The bed is so high off the ground you need a step stool to get in. There is a desk chair and another chair that is old and has no padding. There were 2 irons but no ironing board. « The condo was fabulous! We enjoyed the hot tub after skiing. We walked across the street to catch the tram in lot 5 for easy access to Deer Valley. We walked to the Brass Tag at the Lodges at Deer Valley for dinner and drinks a few times. The kitchen had everything we needed and even had a lot of spices. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! »

« The staff at Zermatt are wonderful and friendly. The unit I rented needs refreshing and had a number of inconvenient issues that could be easily remedied by the host. For one, bedspreads, fitted sheets (queen beds with flat king sheets), and blankets (a thin blanket provided) would be welcome. Only one of the two burner stove-top worked. The unit looked out on a parking lot and big light and the curtains did not extend below the window sill and the light shined in the room at all hours. The...
