A true birders' delight, with a private backyard, beautiful patio, outdoor shower, and gas grill. Perfect place to relax.

Welcome to Creekhaven Cottage in the desirable seaside village of Town Neck, come unwind in this newly updated home. The first floor offers a beautiful bright kitchen and an island with seating for two to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The dining room has a large table with seating for 8 to enjoy a meal or play a card game. Also on the first floor is the living room that stretches from the front to the back of the home. Get cozy on the comfortable sectional couch or curl up in one of the two armchairs around the TV. The first floor has a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, also there is central AC on the first floor

Head upstairs to find the three bedrooms and half bath.

Back downstairs, you can head out the french doors in the living room that lead to the outdoor patio with a lounge set around a firepit and outdoor dining set with seating for 6 guests. Grab your favorite beverage to lounge after a beach day or fire up the firepit to roast marshmallows. Outside you will also find an enclosed outdoor shower and gas grill.

This home could not be in a better location, all within walking distance to the Cape Cod Canal, Town Neck Beach, restaurants, bike path, Sandwich Boardwalk and fabulous neighborhood Treehouse Brewery!
