Forge House is a delightful holiday home located in the heart of the pretty village of Eastry, surrounded by lovely countryside and only a short drive to the East Kent coast. It is the perfect choice for a family holiday or friends’ get-together, and you can bring your four-legged friend with you. Recently refurbished, Forge House is a light, bright and spacious house, with a lovely enclosed sunny garden, perfect for relaxing in after a busy day exploring. Inside the house you will find a sitting room, dining room, kitchen, study area and cloakroom, and upstairs are two bedrooms and bathroom. The village of Eastry has everything you need - a pub, cafe, takeaways, village store, post office, butchers, and a bakers. It is also surrounded by miles of footpaths and lovely countryside so idea for walking and cycling. Golfers are also spoilt for choice with the championship courses of Royal St. George and Princes in Sandwich. There are so many lovely places to visit as well, and all just a short drive including the historic Cinque Ports town of Sandwich, the iconic Dover Castle and the pretty Georgian town of Deal with miles of beach and a pier. Forge Cottage is next door and the two properties can be booked together for two families, or friends, so a group sleeping up to 10 guests.
