The Space:

Welcome to Sandwich Sanctuary, a spacious three-bedroom home in a quiet Sandwich neighborhood, offering an easygoing Cape Cod base for up to seven guests. With a private backyard, outdoor seating, fire pit, and play structure, there’s plenty of room to settle in after a day exploring the Cape.



Inside, the home offers a comfortable living space, central AC, an indoor fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. Cook a meal together, relax with a book or board game, or enjoy a quiet evening at home. A washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace add everyday convenience.



Sleeping arrangements include:



Bedroom 1: Queen bed

Bedroom 2: King bed, single bed, toddler bed, and crib

Bedroom 3: Queen bed



The home also includes two bathrooms, beach essentials such as towels, chairs, and an umbrella, along with a BBQ grill for outdoor meals.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home, private backyard, patio, outdoor sitting area, and play structure. Self check-in is easy with a keypad and door code, and driveway parking is included.

Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in Sandwich, this home offers a convenient Cape Cod base without the premium pricing of oceanfront towns. Spend your days exploring nearby beaches, the iconic Sandwich Boardwalk, local restaurants, Mashpee Commons, and other Cape Cod destinations.



Getting Around:

The home offers easy access to beaches, bike trails, shopping, and restaurants. Free parking is available on the property, making it convenient to explore Sandwich and take day trips across Cape Cod.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that a non resident beach pass is required for all Town of Sandwich ocean beaches. For your security, there are two exterior cameras facing the front yard and driveway, though there are no cameras in the backyard sitting area. We are happy to welcome one dog during your stay. Check in is at 16:00 and check out is at 10:00. Please be aware that smoking is not permitted on the property and the minimum age for booking is 25 years.
